In this series, I focused on reimagining a story from my childhood, Sleeping Beauty. I wanted to focus on giving the princess and her villainous foe, Maleficent, a new narrative. My goal was to create a story centered around two kingdoms fighting for power and the previously evil queen, Maleficent, being transformed into an underdog heroine.
